Bookkeeping

  • Bookkeeping – a monthly fee (according to extent): min. 3.000,- CZK/month
  • Tax evidence – a monthly fee (according to extent): min. 1.000,- CZK/month
  • Per item rate – tax evidence (no monthly fee): 20,- CZK/item
  • Per item rate – bookkeeping (no monthly fee: 25,- CZK/item

Human resources

  • Registration and of a new employee: 300,- CZK
  • Elaboration of an employee salary up to 10 employees: 200,- CZK/month
  • Elaboration of an employee salary 10 – 100 employees: 150,- CZK/month
  • Elaboration of an employee salary above 100 employees: 100,- Kč/month
  • Deregistration of an employee including outgoing materials: 300,- CZK
  • Registration of a new organization: 600,- CZK
  • Canceling of registration: 600,- CZK

Tax returns

  • Income tax of a person (no business): 500,- CZK
  • Income tax of a person (tax evidence): 1.500,- CZK
  • Income tax of a person (bookkeeping): 2.500,- CZK
  • Income tax of a company (no audit): 3.000,- CZK
  • Income tax of a company (audited companies): 5.000,- CZK
  • Additional tax return uncaused: 2/3 of the tax return price
  • Other tax returns, except VAT: 1.000,- CZK
  • Ellaboration of personal income tax report: 1.000,- CZK

The ellaboration of VAT tax return is included in the monthly fee.

AR less than  20 000,- CZK are accepted only in a group. The fee by AR older than 365 days is agreed individually.

Maintenance of account receivables

Based on agreement – tentatively 1% of the monthly turnover. Service includes:

  • Taking over the AR since the day of invoicing
  • Watching the term of payment
  • Oral and written contact with the customer
  • Calcullation of interest
  • Preparation and arrangement the legal procedures if needed

Establishing of companies

  • Establishing of a new Limited company (including court and notary fees and one trade licence): 20.000,- CZK
  • Establishing of a new Joint-stock company (Basic capital 2 mil. CZK): 50.000,- CZK/based on agreement
  • Sale of ready-made company with possibility to immediately start: 35.000,- CZK
  • Liquidation of companies: based on agreement

Other

  • Registration and deregistration of a sole trader by state offices: 1.000,- CZK
  • Representation by inspections: 600,- CZK/hour
  • Additional fee for service in client’s office: 1.000,- CZK/month
  • Intrastat: based on agreement
  • Other activities (administration, economical analysis, etc.): based on agreement
  • Price increase for weekend work: 50 %
  • Copy: 1,70 CZK/page
  • Postages: based on real costs
  • Prolongation of tax report deadline to 30.6.: 5.000,- CZK
  • Audit: based on agreement
  • Reporting in English, German or other language: based on agreement

Transportation

  • Transportation inside Brno: 300,- CZK
  • Transportation outside Brno: 8,- CZK/km
  • Travelling fee outside Brno: 300,- CZK/hod.

Storage

  • Documents not collected in agreed term: 500,- CZK/file/year
